Splendid spotted snake!

This morning we read the book, Splendid Spotted Snake. The boys loved as the snake gained more spots in different colors. Then, surprise, the spots got all blended!!! We started building a story retelling stick that of course looks like a yellow snake! The boys painted paint stirrers yellow. Andrew also painted his apron and the table and the chair and his hand and well you get the idea,.. Kiernan on the other hand just threw the paint brush on the dog! Then, K wanted the apron "off" NOW! Tomorrow we will add more to our snakes.
