Boys were in time out for some reason or another. I hear "legs up!  Legs down! Legs up! Legs down!"  This is what I come in to see.....

Laying them all down for nap and Kiernan keeps moving his nap mat into the hallway. I've moved him to the living room no less than 3 times. Yes, as Kate totally photo bombed this pic!  But isn't she darling???

Meet Raegan!!  Reagan will be coming on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Such a sweet little girlie and completely in awe of the other kiddies. She loves Tampa and babies!!  

I love when all the kids gather in one location and play together. It never lasts long, but today the all tried to play puzzles. 

Drew and Finli were the only ones left....

Kate escaped and was lying so quietly and still in the bed that it took me a while to find her!

Found a snake in a spider web outside. 

Drew was completely in awe!

QI have two boys playing baseball near me. Yea, I'm scared for my life....

A simple bucket of water keeps kids happily entertained. At a little dish soap and some cups, spoons, and buckets. Heaven for the littles!

Having a little outside water break. Okay, really I am working to extend outside time just a bit!!  The kids love drinking from these little cups!

We went for a walk again today. The kids beg every morning now. I don't know why, but they think it is so much fun!

Kiernan found these trees and thought they tickled. The boys think tall weeds and trees are too much fun. I just see big city!!

We came home and the boys wanted to get the hose out. Played in the water for almost an hour!!

After a good hour and a half outside, everyone was hungry and tired!!!  They demolished 10 sandwiches combined and fell fast asleep!!

But first, these two had to try on the headbands and thought they were beyond adorable!

8-23-13

It seems that preparing to go outside is a monumentous task!  For some reason it takes at least 30 min and then of course by that time, someone needs to use the potty or have a new diaper. B has been a tremendous help in making outside time preparation much easier!  Today, she helped with shoes and then lined them up by the wall and sang songs to them while I found my shoes and finished up whoever needed last minute help!  The boys are all watching her so intently. 

We went for a walk to see the roofers working. We didn't make it all the way, we had to change a diaper, but we had fun and after the diaper, they played on the front porch an with the bikes until they were hot and sweaty and stinky!

And now, it's naptime. The boys need it and frankly, so do I!

We pulled out the babies today. I love seeing the boys play babies. They are always so sweet and gentle. Today I told them they were being daddies and their entire demeanor changed!  You could definitely see then emulating their greatest idols. 

Kiernan spent most of his time following Shae around and she of course took advantage of it and had him rearranging all the baby furniture. "Grab that high chair" she would say and he would grab it and follow her around. 

Axel was so sweet and serious as he covered the baby up, patted it and rocked it. He then fed the baby and it was obviously a very real job for him, he was going to do his best.

Yes, Drew was feeding the potty chair. Once again, I have no clue!

Look at that intensity!

Drew laid on the couch and patted the baby's back like this for a long time. He then rolled to his belly and positioned the  baby on his back. 

You can definitely see the routine change for Axel, Drew, and Kate. This morning, they just wanted to lay around. I would often find them snuggled away in a corner under a blanket.

No one wanted to take pictures this morning!  This is what I got!  We played outside forever and had so much fun. The weather was so nice and cool. 

Everyone explored the water table leftovers. The water and boats were fascinating to everyone. 

Drew and Finli became obsessed with these bats and Tampas ball. Yes, it's as dangerous as it looks...I was biting my nails the entire time, scared that they were going to hit each other or Tampa who wanted her ball back!

Kiernan filled this bucket with rocks several times and then dumped it. 

While we were outside, a wasp found her pretty little head:(.  She always always always attracts bugs and random creatures. I don't know why!
